He arrived at a police station in Voluntari, near Bucharest, where he is under investigation along with his brother, Tristan, for several serious allegations. Andrew Tate, 38, expressed his happiness about being back in Romania, stating, "This is where I live. I love Romania very much." He mentioned plans to stay in the country for the next few weeks, as long as he complies with court obligations. The brothers recently flew to the U.S. on a private jet after a travel ban against them was lifted.

In addition to these legal battles, a recent lawsuit in Florida accuses the Tates of conspiring to coerce a woman into sex work and defaming her after she reported them to Romanian authorities. They previously filed a defamation suit against her in 2023.
