Diddy Trial: Cassie Ventura Alleges Combs Assaulted Her After Their Breakup

Cassie Ventura, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ex-girlfriend, made serious allegations against him during her recent testimony in court. The former couple had a relationship that lasted 11 years, and Ventura spoke out about an incident that took place in 2018 when she attempted to end their relationship.

Ventura described a dinner she had with Combs in Malibu, which she thought would provide closure. However, after returning to her apartment, she accused him of raping her. She recalled feeling confused by his behavior, saying he was acting “romantic” and “playful” before the alleged assault occurred. In her testimony, she described the event as traumatic, stating, “I just remember crying and saying ‘no.’” She added that the experience left her feeling violated and horrified.

Despite this, Ventura mentioned that she had consensual sex with Combs one more time after the incident. She explained that after being together for over a decade, it was difficult to simply turn off her feelings. Shortly after that, she began dating personal trainer Alex Fine, whom she married in 2019. The couple is now expecting their third child.

As her testimony continued, Ventura shared the emotional toll the incident took on her. She described struggling with her mental health, stating that she felt like she didn’t want to live anymore. She recounted a moment in early 2023 when she attempted to walk into traffic, which her husband prevented.

In 2023, Ventura filed a civil lawsuit against Combs, accusing him of rape and physical abuse. Although Combs denied the allegations, the lawsuit was settled just one day after it was filed, with Ventura reportedly receiving $20 million.

Earlier in her testimony, Ventura discussed her experiences at parties hosted by Combs, which she called “freak-offs.” She described these events as disturbing and degrading, where she was often pressured to engage in sexual activities with male escorts.

The trial is ongoing, and the defense is preparing to cross-examine Ventura. They aim to argue that Combs’ actions were part of consensual sexual practices. Combs has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. If found guilty, he could face a lengthy prison sentence.
