Speaking before the European Union, she emphasized the critical situation, stating, “If Israel falls, the gates of hell will open for all of us.”
Latinopoulou, who is the founder and leader of the Voice of Reason party, marked the anniversary by condemning the actions of Hamas. She described the attack as a horrific crime that included murder and kidnapping of Israeli citizens. She pointed fingers at leftist groups, claiming they were responsible for opening borders and allowing extremists into Europe, which she believes poses a threat to the continent.
In her speech, she accused the media of spreading misinformation that fuels hatred against Jews. She urged Europeans to recognize the danger posed by radical Islamists and called for support to eliminate Hamas from Gaza. “Israel is the only democratic Western state in the Middle East,” she asserted.
Latinopoulou further stated that the path to peace lies in Hamas releasing hostages and accepting former President Donald Trump’s peace plan. She firmly declared there would be no Palestinian state, insisting that if Hamas wanted peace, they must comply with these demands.
She also addressed the issue of illegal immigration in Europe, framing it as a coordinated effort to Islamize the continent. She criticized European leaders, particularly from Germany and France, for their roles in allowing what she sees as a dangerous influx of migrants.
