Kristin Cavallari Reveals Custody Agreement with Ex-Husband Jay Cutler Following Hints of Upcoming Change

Kristin Cavallari recently shared details about her custody arrangement with ex-husband Jay Cutler during an episode of her podcast, "Let’s Be Honest." She revealed that she has their three children—Camden, Jaxon, and Saylor—most of the time, only sharing them with Cutler every other weekend. This change in their custody agreement comes after Cavallari previously had the kids full-time for a period.

Cavallari, who is 38, explained that she works hard to support her children, emphasizing the importance of her role as a mother. While she did not go into specifics about the changes in their custody arrangement, she mentioned that she wouldn’t discuss the reasons or legal aspects behind it.

Her comments come about eight months after she hinted at a shift in their custody situation, saying she felt overwhelmed with her responsibilities. During the podcast, she also expressed her frustration about being asked about Cutler in nearly every interview. Cavallari stated that she tries to keep discussions about him to a minimum, as it feels like a “dealbreaker” for her.

Despite being divorced for five years, Cavallari noted that questions about her ex-husband persist, and she wishes the public would move on. She acknowledged that mentioning Cutler occasionally is part of her story and journey, but she finds the constant inquiries exhausting.

Cavallari and Cutler married in 2013 and welcomed their children before their separation in 2020. Their divorce was finalized in 2022. Cutler has since become engaged to Samantha Robertson, while Cavallari has not dated anyone this year, although she has been linked to other people in the past.

As Cavallari navigates her parenting journey, she continues to focus on her career and the well-being of her children, striving to create a stable environment for them.
