Melania Warns Hunter Biden of $1 Billion Lawsuit Over False and Defamatory Claims

Melania Trump is taking legal action against Hunter Biden, demanding $1 billion in damages. This comes after Biden made comments about her in a recent interview related to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein.

The controversy began when Biden appeared on Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan, where he suggested that Epstein introduced Trump to former President Donald Trump. His remarks have sparked outrage from Melania Trump’s team, who argue that Biden’s statements are false and defamatory.

In a letter from her attorney, Alejandro Brito, Melania’s legal team accused Biden of causing significant harm to her reputation and finances. They are asking him to publicly retract his statements and apologize. The letter emphasizes that Biden’s comments have been widely circulated, reaching millions of people through various media outlets.

Brito pointed out that The Daily Beast, which published an article containing similar claims, has already issued an apology and removed the article after receiving a cease-and-desist letter from Melania’s team. Despite this, Biden allegedly continued to rely on the same false information.

The letter warns Biden to preserve all evidence related to the interview and states that if he does not comply with their demands, Melania will pursue legal action for damages exceeding $1 billion.

Biden’s comments were made during two interviews published on YouTube, with the most controversial remarks appearing in the August video, which has garnered nearly 1.2 million views. The earlier July interview has over 3.6 million views.

This legal dispute highlights the ongoing tensions between the Trump and Biden families, further fueling the political drama that has surrounded them for years.
