‘Southern Charm’ Star Madison LeCroy Sells Charleston Home Just 10 Days After Listing

Madison LeCroy, known from the reality show "Southern Charm," has quickly found a buyer for her Charleston home. Just ten days after listing the property for $1.75 million, she entered into a contract on March 17. However, the final sale price has not yet been disclosed as the transaction is still pending.

LeCroy purchased the home in April 2022 for $1.48 million. The house, located on Daniel Island, offers 2,800 square feet of space with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It features a charming exterior with double front porches and brick steps, set on a peaceful street.

Inside, the home boasts white oak floors and an open layout. The living room has a gas fireplace, and the kitchen is equipped with green cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A den, full bathroom, screened porch, and deck add to the appeal. The primary suite upstairs includes its own porch, dual walk-in closets, and a luxurious bathroom.

LeCroy’s home also has a bonus room above the garage, which serves as her dressing room and includes a kitchen, living area, and bathroom. The two-car garage has been upgraded to function as a personal gym.

The quick sale comes as LeCroy is preparing for a new chapter in her life. She is expecting her second child, a girl, with her husband Brett Randle, and the baby is due this summer. LeCroy expressed her excitement about moving to a home that better suits their growing family. She shared, “Honestly, we’ve loved this house, but it’s time for something that fits where we’re headed next.”

As she looks for her next property in the Charleston area, LeCroy is eager to renovate again. She plans to share her journey with fans, promising to make her new home perfect for her family. LeCroy remains committed to staying in Charleston, which she considers home for raising her children.
