Virginia Giuffre to Appear in Court for Alleged Restraining Order Violation After Claiming She Has Days to Live

Virginia Giuffre, the woman who settled an out-of-court case with Prince Andrew over allegations of sexual assault, is now facing legal trouble herself. She has been charged with breaching a restraining order in Australia. This news comes just days after Giuffre posted on social media that she was in critical condition following a car accident.

The incident occurred on February 2 in Ocean Reef, near Perth, where Giuffre was involved in a collision with a school bus. According to her, the bus was speeding when it hit the car she was in, which was slowing down for a turn. Giuffre described the crash in a recent Instagram post, sharing that she had gone into kidney failure and was told she had only "four days to live."

Giuffre, who is 41 years old, has been living in Australia and is a mother of three. She appeared in Joondalup Magistrates’ Court on March 14 but did not enter a plea. Her next court date is set for April 9.

In her Instagram update, Giuffre shared a photo from her hospital bed, showing visible bruising. She expressed her desire to see her children one last time, while also noting the difficult circumstances she was facing. A spokesperson later clarified that her post was meant for her private Facebook account and not for public viewing.

After the car crash, police reported that it was a minor incident and there were no serious injuries at the time. However, Giuffre’s condition worsened, leading to her hospitalization.

Giuffre is well-known for her accusations against Prince Andrew, claiming he sexually abused her when she was 17, a charge he has denied. The prince reached a settlement with her, paying millions without admitting any wrongdoing.

As Giuffre deals with her health issues and legal challenges, she continues to receive support from her followers, who have expressed their concern for her well-being.
